Tenant Appreciation Events From Coast to Coast

At GWLRA, we believe in the importance of giving back to our tenants. We strive to take a proactive approach to ensure a best-in-class experience, which in turn encourages tenants to renew their leases year after year. By interacting through workshops, green teams, and education events, we are able to address changing needs and expectations. We also conduct regular surveys across the portfolio to evaluate the quality of services.

Over the course of the summer, we will hold a number of tenant appreciation days from coast to coast. So far, ice cream days and barbeque lunches have been held from Halifax to Vancouver. Just this week, Toronto College Park held a barbeque for the property’s nearly 4,500 tenants, complete with a live DJ and prizes. Vancouver Centre also recently held a lunch with a carnival-themed menu.

Participating in the Calgary Stampede is another way our teams look forward to giving back to our tenants. This year, the properties in Downtown Calgary enjoyed a considerable turnout for their Stampede Breakfasts, with music, entertainment, and great food.

“The Gulf Canada Square Stampede Breakfast has been going for 25 years strong,” says Reta Labiuk, Assistant Property Manager at Gulf Canada Square. “The event’s success can be attributed to a range of different contributors. The Management and Operations teams, volunteers, entertainers all worked hard to make it a huge success. We hope to continue to build on this tradition for another 25 years!”
