Celebrating Our Wins at the BOMA Canada National Awards Gala

We are pleased to announce that GWL Realty Advisors (GWLRA) received several prestigious awards at the Building Owners and Managers Association of Canada (BOMA Canada) National Awards Gala on September 25th. This recognition is a testament to our efforts in building management and sustainability.
The following GWLRA-managed properties were honoured with TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards:
- 151 Yonge Street (Toronto, ON): TOBY Award in the 250,000–499,999 sq. ft. category
- 650 West Georgia Street (Vancouver, BC): TOBY Award in the Renovated Building category
- 180 Queen Street West (Toronto, ON): TOBY Award in the Corporate Facility category
- Northgate Village Shopping Centre (Burnaby, BC): TOBY Award in the Retail Enclosed Under 1 Million sq. ft. category
These awards highlight the quality and management of our buildings, which have now won at both the regional and national levels. Our winning buildings will have the opportunity to compete for international TOBY Awards in 2025, where we look forward to showcasing our properties on the global stage.
In addition to the TOBY Awards, GWLRA was also honoured with two significant recognitions from the Rick Hansen Foundation:
- The Buildings Without Barriers Challenge Commitment Award
- The 2024 BOMA Canada Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Challenge Award
