GWL Realty Advisors Wins OPEX Awards and Aims for Continued Excellence

GWL Realty Advisors (GWLRA) is proud to announce having won two OPEX Awards: Best Strategic Business Transformation Program 2025 and Best Achievement in Driving Change and Transforming Organizational Culture 2025. These awards were presented on January 28, 2025, during the OPEX Week: Business Transformation World Summit in Miami.
The Global OPEX and Business Transformation Awards recognize organizations that show exceptional operational excellence, achieve significant transformational change and foster positive corporate cultures.

Winning the Best Strategic Business Transformation Program Award highlights our accomplishments, which include over 30 large transformation projects completed and $8 million in recurring annual business benefits – with over 40% of employees involved in these initiatives. Our dedication to our people and work environment earned us the Best Achievement in Driving Change and Transforming Organizational Culture Award. Over 600 employees completed our in-house operational excellence training, we achieved Diversio Certification, improved our inclusion score and have implemented over 20 staff-led ideas to date, resulting in 80% of staff feeling aligned with our goals.
Our journey towards operational excellence began in 2018 with the formation of the Business Excellence & Innovation team. Since then, we have consistently improved our operating platform. In 2020, we won the Best Achievement of Operational Excellence in Real Estate & Associated Services Award, becoming the first real estate company to win in this category at the Business Transformation & Operational Excellence World Summit (BTOES).
