BOMA Awards for Central Region and B.C.

We are thrilled to announce that our Central Region and B.C. Property Management teams have won several prestigious awards from the local chapters of BOMA Canada. These awards recognize excellence in building management and quality in commercial real estate buildings.
Our Central Region team won three Certificates of Excellence and two TOBY Awards from BOMA Toronto. The Certificates of Excellence were awarded to 180 Queen Street W. for Corporate Facility, 180 Simcoe Street for Office Building 100,000 to 249,999 sq. ft, and 151 Yonge Street for Office Building 250,000 to 499,999 sq. ft. The TOBY Awards were awarded to 180 Queen Street W. for Corporate Facility and 151 Yonge Street for Office Building 250,000 to 499,999 sq. ft.
Our Vancouver team won one Leap Forward Award and five TOBY Awards from BOMA Vancouver. The Leap Forward Award was awarded to 840 Howe Street for its significant energy and GHG reduction strategies. The TOBY Awards were awarded to Harbourside Centre for Office Building Under 100,000 sq. ft., 650 West Georgia for Renovated Building, 840 Howe Street for Corporate Facility, 1090 Homer Street for Historical Building, and Northgate Village for Enclosed Shopping Centre (under 1 million sq. ft.).
These awards are a positive outcome of our robust sustainability practice, which helps us attract high-quality tenants, ensure best-in-class operational practices and enhance the long-term value of our clients’ assets. They also reflect our commitment to providing outstanding property management service to our tenants, who are at the heart of everything we do.
