300 McRae Avenue will become the newest addition to GWLRA’s growing Livmore residential portfolio
Our construction team recently poured the ceremonial last bucket of concrete onto the roof of an active development project in Ottawa, Ontario. 300 McRae Avenue, once complete, will be branded as The Livmore Westboro Village, becoming the latest addition in a series of Livmore properties across Eastern Canada. Westboro Village joins Toronto properties, Bay & Gerrard and High Park, and Ville-Marie in Montreal.

Coming soon: The Livmore Westboro Village
Scheduled for occupancy in Winter 2024, The Livmore Westboro Village will be a 26-storey tower connected to a 4-storey base. The development will add 336 rental units, including 11 family-oriented townhouses in the podium level, and 9,000 square feet of retail space to the community. Boasting an impressive amenities package, the property will include rooftop terraces with BBQs, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a dog run and pet spa, a media room, lounges, and a host of in-suite and building technologies.
