The Livmore Brand to Make its Ottawa Debut

300 McRae Avenue will become the newest addition to GWLRA’s growing Livmore residential portfolio

Our construction team recently poured the ceremonial last bucket of concrete onto the roof of an active development project in Ottawa, Ontario. 300 McRae Avenue, once complete, will be branded as The Livmore Westboro Village, becoming the latest addition in a series of Livmore properties across Eastern Canada. Westboro Village joins Toronto properties, Bay & Gerrard and High Park, and Ville-Marie in Montreal.

Scheduled for occupancy in Winter 2024, The Livmore Westboro Village will be a 26-storey tower connected to a 4-storey base.
